You can expect your order within 2-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number from us within 4 business days so you can track your order.

Standard shipping is $10. Shipping is FREE on orders over $100! 

If you wish to return any items in your order, please CLICK HERE to receive a pre-paid return label.  

Please affix the label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest drop-off facility. 

We offer FREE returns to United States and Canadian customers. 

If you are shopping from outside these countries, you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

The return package must be marked as a return for identification and must be trackable.

Kyodan offers free returns on merchandise that has not been worn, washed, or altered, and has all original tags attached, within 30 days of placing your order.

Returns are processed within 2 business days of their reception in our warehouse. All refunds are issued via the original payment method and will be confirmed via email notification. All refunds are subject to processing times determined by the bank or payment institution by which payment was issued

Kyodan is not responsible for the cost of any returns sent through other means than the provided pre-paid return label. 

For returns outside the US and Canada, please contact customer service.
